Sundram Fasteners crossed ₹5,231 Cr revenue in FY25 with PAT at ₹517 Cr, delivering 8% EPS growth. Q4 revenue hit a record ₹1,362 Cr, driven by inventory buildup ahead of US demand but raised conversion costs. EBITDA margin pressure is expected to ease as inventories normalize. Domestic sales contribute ~70%, exports 30%. Non-auto sectors like wind energy and aerospace now make up a third of revenue, aiming to double wind energy to ₹600 Cr. EV commercial sales have started but tariff challenges delayed scaling to ₹200-450 Cr over FY26-27. Capex was ₹396 Cr in FY25, with ₹300 Cr planned for FY26 targeting fasteners, aerospace, and wind energy. Management focuses on core auto growth, expanding non-auto, and managing US tariffs.
