The Ugar Sugar Works Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Ugar Sugar Works Ltd. has announced a board meeting in which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Quarterly revenue surged to ₹524.21 Cr with profit after tax jumping to ₹51.08 Cr from ₹17.36 Cr a year ago. Despite this, the full year ended with a loss of ₹16.25 Cr due to seasonal and operational challenges. The sugar segment led with annual revenue of ₹995.43 Cr, while industrial alcohol showed strong growth. No dividend was declared. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August.
