Yogi Limited has announced a board meeting on 12th May 2025 and executed a subscription agreement for 5,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) with a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, totaling Rs. 50 Cr. The agreement is with Farewell Real Estates Private Limited, under which the OCDs will be subscribed in one or more tranches. This infusion strengthens Yogi Limited’s financial position and provides capital flexibility for expansion or operational needs.
