The Ugar Sugar Works Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Ugar Sugar Works Ltd. has announced a board meeting approving the standalone financial results for the quarter and year. Q4 revenue jumped to Rs. 524.2 Cr with net profit rising sharply to Rs. 51.08 Cr from Rs. 17.36 Cr a year ago. However, the full year ended with a loss of Rs. 16.25 Cr on revenue of Rs. 1,407.41 Cr, down from profit last year. Sugar and industrial alcohol segments delivered strong quarterly earnings. Robust operating cash flow was largely offset by over Rs. 77 Cr in capex. No dividend was declared.
