Calcom Vision Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the fraud committed by a former employee, Mr. Ashutosh Dubey, who siphoned off Rs. 2.31 Cr from the company through unauthorized withdrawals into his and his family members' accounts. The company has recovered Rs. 0.43 Cr so far and has initiated legal proceedings. To prevent recurrence, it appointed a forensic auditor, implemented stricter payment policies, and brought in an internal auditor to strengthen compliance and safeguard operations, demonstrating strong commitment to protecting shareholder interests.
