Piramal Pharma Limited — Important, 12-05-2025: Capacity addition

Piramal Pharma is investing $90M (~₹747 Cr) to expand its US sites at Lexington, KY, and Riverview, MI. Lexington will add 24,000 sq. ft. for commercial-scale sterile injectable manufacturing with new filling lines and lyophilizers, going live by late 2027. Riverview will introduce a commercial payload-linker suite for bioconjugate drug development, operational by end-2025. This expansion boosts Piramal’s ADC platform, speeding up drug development and solidifying its role as a top biologics manufacturing partner in the US.
