UNO Minda Limited — Others, 12-05-2025: Shareholders meeting

Uno Minda Limited has announced a board meeting approving key leadership changes and strategic moves. Mr. Nirmal K Minda is re-designated as Executive Chairman and Mr. Ravi Mehra as Managing Director, both till 2027. Ms. Paridhi Minda and Ms. Pallak Minda join as Non-Executive Directors, while Mr. Shekar Viswanathan and Mr. Abhay Damle are appointed Independent Directors for two years. The company also approved a new Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, issuing up to 2.87 Cr options to employees across the group to boost incentives and align with shareholder interests.
