Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mohini Health & Hygiene has announced a board meeting that approved expanding its business scope to include power generation and captive solar projects, paving the way for a solar plant in Madhya Pradesh. The board also extended the terms of Whole-time Directors Sarvapriya Bansal and Parul Bansal by three years from August 29, 2025. Additionally, Secretarial Auditor Neelam Binjwa was reappointed for FY 2025-26. A shareholder meeting is scheduled for June 20, 2025, to approve these changes.
