Additionally, Mr. Rajiv Malik and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Garg have been appointed as Non-executive Independent Directors, each for five years. Mr. Chhabra brings over 48 years of experience in manufacturing and marketing spring mattresses. Mr. Malik is a legal and company secretarial expert with 28.5 years of experience, and Mr. Garg is a chartered accountant with over 30 years in finance and accounts. These additions strengthen the leadership team.
