Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd — Updates, 12-05-2025: Company Update

Iykot Hitech Toolroom has received Rs. 2.15 Cr as the first and final call money from shareholders for 40.99 lakh partly paid-up rights equity shares. The Rights Issue Committee approved converting these partly paid-up shares into fully paid-up shares and is completing listing and trading approvals for them. However, call money on 1.01 crore partly paid-up shares totaling Rs. 5.30 Cr remains unpaid. The company plans to send three reminder notices with interest to defaulting shareholders before proceeding with forfeiture actions. The paid-up capital now stands at Rs. 5.09 Cr with 1.02 crore fully paid-up shares.
