Springform Technology Limited has announced a change in its Board composition. Mr. Paramjeet Singh Chhabra has been appointed Managing Director for five years, bringing over 48 years of experience in manufacturing and marketing spring mattresses. Two new Non-executive Independent Directors, Mr. Rajiv Malik and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Garg, have also joined for five-year terms. Malik is a seasoned legal and company secretarial professional with over 28 years of experience, while Garg is a Chartered Accountant and law graduate with over 30 years of finance expertise. These additions strengthen the company’s leadership and governance.
