Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its non-operational subsidiary, Indigenous IL Limited in Israel, has been voluntarily dissolved. The subsidiary had no revenue or net worth contribution last year, so the dissolution won’t affect Bharat Forge’s financials.
