The Ugar Sugar Works Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue surged to Rs. 524.2 Cr, delivering a profit before tax of Rs. 45 Cr. However, a full-year net loss of Rs. 16.25 Cr was reported, hit by rising costs and weaker realizations. The sugar segment stayed profitable with Rs. 24.9 Cr EBIT, while industrial alcohol profits improved to Rs. 37.2 Cr in Q4. No dividend was declared. The Annual General Meeting is set for August 5, 2025.
