Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited — Others, 12-05-2025: Amendment to AOA/MOA

Mohini Health & Hygiene has announced a board meeting that approved amending its Memorandum of Association to add power generation and energy conservation, allowing the installation of a solar plant for captive use in Madhya Pradesh. The Articles of Association will also be updated to include terms related to power purchase and projects. The board reappointed Mr. Sarvapriya Bansal and Mrs. Parul Bansal as Whole-time Directors for three years and renewed Ms. Neelam Binjwa’s role as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. Shareholder approval will be sought at an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
