AION-TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED — Important, 12-05-2025: General Updates

Aion-Tech Solutions has announced a board meeting to allot 1.77 crore equity shares at Rs.110 each (Rs.194.48 Cr) to existing shareholders of its subsidiary, ETO Motors. The company approved establishing a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai to boost international presence. It also sanctioned an additional Rs.2.97 Cr investment in Roqit Green Fleet Digital Solutions, focusing on zero-emission tech for EV and hydrogen fleets. Additionally, Aion-Tech will issue fixed deposit receipts worth up to Rs.10 Cr to support credit facilities for ETO Motors.
