Solex Energy has announced a board meeting on which it approved strong audited consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue soared to ₹662 Cr from ₹368 Cr, while net profit nearly tripled to ₹29 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.55 per share (5.5%).
