Bright Solar Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mrs. Jagrutiben R. Joshi is re-designated as Independent Director, and Ms. Avani A. Shah joins as an Independent Additional Director, both pending shareholder approval. The company is expanding into solar and drone technology, eyeing potential tech acquisitions. The board approved borrowing up to ₹5 Cr via secured loans and restructured key committees, giving significant roles to the Managing Director and Independent Directors. An EGM notice was also cleared.
