Raymond Lifestyle Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Raymond Lifestyle has announced a board meeting approving a new Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) following the demerger from Raymond Limited. The RLL ESOP 2025 will offer 13.44 lakh options priced at Rs. 1040.69 each, exercisable within five years from original grant dates. Vesting will depend on time and/or performance and will cover employees across Raymond Lifestyle and its group companies. Shareholder approval for the ESOP will be sought separately.
