Metroglobal Ltd — Results, 12-05-2025: Integrated Filing

Metroglobal Limited has announced a board meeting on May 12 for approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted standalone net sales of Rs. 439.42 Cr and total income of Rs. 50.07 Cr for the year, with a standalone net loss after tax of Rs. 3.82 Cr. On a consolidated basis, total income stood at Rs. 253.69 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 9.45 Cr. An exceptional item related to the resolution of Mundara Estate Developers resulted in a significant write-off. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 20% per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. Internal auditor Rajni Shah & Associates and secretarial auditor Mehul Raval & Associates have been appointed for FY 2025-26. Net qualified borrowings increased to Rs. 3.57 Cr by year-end.
