Rahul Doshi & Co. as Internal Auditor and Mr. Chintan K. Patel as Secretarial Auditor for the respective financial years. Additionally, Mr. Hitesh Pradeep Rijwani was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
