The company has announced a board meeting for conversion of 18,36,333 warrants into an equal number of equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 78 each, raising Rs. 10.74 Cr on receipt of the balance 75% amount. These shares were allotted to non-promoter public investors on a preferential basis. Post allotment, the paid-up capital increased to Rs. 20.22 Cr with 2.02 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each. A total of 36,27,667 warrants remain outstanding for conversion within 18 months, offering potential future equity dilution and capital inflow.
