Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue climbed to Rs. 3,035 Cr, with profit before tax at Rs. 558 Cr and net profit of Rs. 415 Cr, showing robust growth. The group completed its full acquisition of Queen’s NRI Hospital, strengthening its presence. M/s. IKR & Associates and M/s. Sagar & Associates were appointed as Secretarial and Cost Auditors respectively for five years and FY26. Mrs. Y. Prameela Rani was re-appointed as Independent Director for another term.
