Tata Steel Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tata Steel has announced a board meeting on May 12, 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for FY2024-25. The group reported revenue of ₹2.20 lakh crore and a net profit of ₹3,174 crore, driven by strong operations despite restructuring-related losses in Europe. The Board proposed a dividend of ₹3.60 per share, pending shareholder approval. It also approved an equity infusion of up to USD 2.5 billion (~₹21,410.95 crore) into its subsidiary T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd. to aid debt repayment and operations. M/s. Parikh & Associates has been appointed as the new Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to approval.
