Bank of Maharashtra — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bank of Maharashtra has announced a board meeting on May 12, 2025, approving key leadership changes. Vishal Sethia is appointed Company Secretary & Board Secretary, reporting directly to the Board and Whole Time Directors. Nehal Rawat is re-designated as Deputy Company Secretary. Kaushal Vijaykumar Sampat joins as General Manager of the International Banking Unit at GIFT IFSC, bringing 20+ years of experience. The Board also plans to fill a Shareholder Director vacancy at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
