Bank of Maharashtra — Others, 12-05-2025: Change in Company Secretary/Compliance Officer

Bank of Maharashtra has announced a board meeting and approved several key appointments. Vishal Sethia joins as Company Secretary & Board Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, reporting to the Board and Whole Time Directors. Nehal Rawat is re-designated as Deputy Company Secretary, authorized to sign disclosures when Sethia is unavailable. Kaushal Vijaykumar Sampat is appointed General Manager of the International Banking Unit at GIFT IFSC, leveraging over 23 years of banking experience. The Board also plans to fill one shareholder director vacancy at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
