Chalet Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chalet Hotels reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,754 Cr and net profit of Rs 143 Cr for the year. The board approved pursuing the acquisition of Lakeview Mercantile for Rs 137 Cr to build a ~170-room luxury resort in Goa. The company plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 Cr through private placement of debt instruments including NCDs and commercial paper. Chalet also appointed KDA & Associates as secretarial auditors for FY2026-30 and increased its stake in Vikramaditya Renewable Energy, making it an associate company.
