Chalet Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chalet Hotels has announced a board meeting approving audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs 1,754 Cr, with profit before tax at Rs 434 Cr, led by hospitality operations. The company plans to acquire Lakeview Mercantile, which holds prime Goa land for a ~170-room luxury resort, supporting its leisure hospitality growth. Chalet will raise up to Rs 1000 Cr via private placement of debt and Rs 250 Cr through commercial paper. It also increased its stake in Vikramaditya Renewable Energy to strengthen solar sourcing. KDA & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY2026.
