Simplex Infrastructures has announced a board meeting to consider raising Rs. 423.68 Cr through equity to strengthen working capital and support new order wins. With a current order backlog of around Rs. 1700 Cr, the funds will enhance execution capacity and aid business revival amid robust demand across infrastructure, power, housing, and industrial sectors following recent financial restructuring. Funds will be parked in fixed deposits until deployed within 24 months.
