Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited reported consolidated revenue of INR 801 Cr in Q4 FY25, up 25.7% YoY and 1.4% QoQ. EBITDA was INR 203 Cr, growing 24.4% YoY but dipping 1.2% QoQ, with a margin of 25.3%. Profit after tax surged 48.4% YoY to INR 106 Cr, also up 14.7% QoQ. For FY25, consolidated revenue rose 22% to INR 3,067 Cr and EBITDA increased 24.7% to INR 815 Cr. 2. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Drivers:

KIMS is aggressively expanding with new hospitals planned in Bangalore (two units: 450 and 350 beds), Mumbai (300 beds in Thane), plus expansions across Andhra Pradesh including Srikakulam, Ongole, Anantapur, Kondapur, and Rajahmundry. Capex per project ranges from INR 40 Cr to INR 525 Cr, focusing on all specialties with emphasis on cancer and mother-child centers. Advanced tech investments include robotic surgical systems, MRI-guided prostate treatments, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, and enhanced organ transplant capabilities.

3. Business Developments:

Operating 15 hospitals across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Kerala, KIMS recently added a hospital in Nagpur. The 350+ bed Sangli hospital in Maharashtra is a multipurpose asset targeting specialties like joint replacement and liver transplant. The Group continues to expand its doctor network and upgrade infrastructure, focusing on oncology, cardiology, neurology, and organ transplantation.
