Cineline India Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a standalone net loss of Rs. 50.70 Cr, mainly due to a Rs. 69.48 Cr loss from selling its subsidiary R&H Spaces Pvt. Ltd., valued at Rs. 270 Cr. Revenue was Rs. 210.62 Cr, with expenses surpassing income. Consolidated results showed a net loss of Rs. 17.13 Cr. To boost liquidity, the company raised Rs. 45 Cr through warrant issuance.
