Ventive Hospitality Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ventive Hospitality Limited has reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 188.04 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 1,604.71 Cr for the year, with profit before tax at Rs. 193.08 Cr and net profit of Rs. 151.12 Cr. Following a successful IPO that raised Rs. 1,533 Cr, proceeds were largely used for debt repayment and corporate needs. The board approved the merger of three wholly-owned subsidiaries into Ventive to boost operational efficiency. SVD & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years. AGM is set for August 25, 2025.
