Pune E Stock Broking Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting consolidated net profit after tax of Rs. 19.18 Cr and standalone net profit after tax of Rs. 15.05 Cr. They appointed M/s. Prakash M. Oswal & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s. Shailesh Indapurkar & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved a proposal to increase overall borrowing powers from Rs. 200 Cr to Rs. 400 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion on the audited results.
