Walchand PeopleFirst Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a profit after tax of ₹150.25 lakh. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share subject to shareholder approval. The 105th AGM will be held via video conference with the record date fixed for dividend eligibility. M/s Nilesh Shah & Associates have been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors, CNK & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years, and Mr. Joseph Andrew Jude Pereira has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a further five-year term, all subject to shareholder consent.
