Vineet Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vineet Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a loss of Rs 20.19 Cr for the year, weighed down by Rs 7.12 Cr in slow-moving inventory write-downs. Net sales fell sharply to Rs 75 Cr. However, operating cash flow showed a strong recovery, rising to Rs 11.49 Cr. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dilip Vishnu Acharekar as an independent director and appointed P S Rao & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years. No dividend was declared.
