Chalet Hotels has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4FY25 consolidated revenue grew 27% to INR 540 Cr, with EBITDA up 36% at INR 260 Cr and margins expanding to 47.8%. Hospitality revenue increased 20%, led by a 21% rise in ARR to INR 14,345 and 76% occupancy. Commercial real estate revenue jumped 75% with margins above 80%. FY25 consolidated revenue hit INR 1,750 Cr with EBITDA margins at 44%. The company acquired 15 acres of beachfront land in Goa and added The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas to boost its leisure portfolio.
