Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has announced a board meeting and set May 22, 2025, as the record date to identify shareholders eligible to receive equity shares of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands. Shareholders will get 1 fully paid ABLBL share for every 1 fully paid ABFRL share held. The new shares are expected to be listed on BSE and NSE after approvals.
