Vineet Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a loss of Rs. 10.53 Cr, mainly due to Rs. 7.12 Cr charged for slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Long-term borrowings slightly declined to Rs. 39.07 Cr. Operating cash flow improved to Rs. 11.49 Cr, aiding business continuity. The Board re-appointed Mr. Dilip Vishnu Acharekar as an independent director and proposed P S Rao & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years.
