Advait Energy Transitions Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting consolidated total income of ₹406.46 Cr and net profit of ₹31.16 Cr, up from ₹211.72 Cr income and ₹21.88 Cr profit the previous year. The standalone financial results show total income of ₹302.84 Cr with a net profit of ₹31.49 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share subject to AGM approval. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion on standalone results but a qualified opinion on consolidated results due to a material error in a joint venture’s prior period import transactions valued at ₹1.03 Cr, deferred for correction. The company approved 7,297 stock options under ESOP 2022 for employees and appointed RPSS & Co. as secretarial auditor for five years. Segmentally, power transmission remains the core business, contributing the majority of revenues.
