Usha Financial Services has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. H2 performance was strong with PBT up 31% YoY at Rs. 11.55 Cr and PAT up 35.3% YoY at Rs. 8.76 Cr. Loan disbursements jumped 59% YoY to Rs. 285.43 Cr, driving AUM growth of 33.8% YoY to Rs. 410.70 Cr. Net worth nearly doubled to Rs. 211.15 Cr, supported by improved capital adequacy. Growth is backed by expanding focus on women borrowers and NBFC partnerships.
