Jyothy Labs has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income of Rs. 665.96 crore and net profit of Rs. 77 crore for the quarter. For the year, total income was Rs. 2,843.92 crore with net profit of Rs. 371.17 crore. It sold its entire stake in the Bangladesh subsidiary for Rs. 2.1 crore, incurring an exceptional loss of Rs. 3.7 crore. Paid-up equity capital is Rs. 36.72 crore after issuing shares under the employee stock unit plan. A final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share is proposed.
