Bank of India has announced a board meeting on 20th June 2025 as the record date for a proposed dividend of Rs. 4.05 per share (40.5%) for FY 2024-25, subject to approval at the AGM on 27th June 2025. Shareholders holding shares on 20th June 2025 will be eligible for the dividend payout. No funds were raised this quarter, and past fund usage remains on track.
