The Anup Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 36.5% YoY to ₹751.3 Cr, with EBITDA up 36.3% at ₹172.8 Cr (23% margin) and PAT (excluding tax reversal) up 35.5% to ₹120.6 Cr. The order book stands strong at ₹770 Cr, supporting FY26 growth. Phase-2(A) of the Kheda facility expansion is in progress with ₹50 Cr capex to boost capacity by adding two bays. The company caters to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Aerospace sectors.
