Sunita Tools Ltd — Updates, 13-05-2025: Company Update

Sunita Tools Limited has completed the acquisition of an empty artillery shell manufacturing plant and machinery from T S Kisan & Co. Pvt Ltd, a non-functioning company previously supplying empty artillery shells to the Ministry of Defence. The purchase includes three critical hydraulic presses and other essential machines, currently undergoing refurbishment before full-scale production begins against existing LOIs. With this new facility and expertise, including a senior executive familiar with the original operations, Sunita Tools reinforces its position in the defence and aerospace sector, expanding capabilities to produce 155mm shells, 120mm mortars, and various artillery shells, enhancing its service offering to key defence customers.
