USG Tech Solutions has announced the transmission of 16,76,476 equity shares from the late Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta to his legal heir, Mr. Servesh Gupta, a Promoter Group member. As a result, Mr. Servesh Gupta's shareholding increased to 25,73,841 shares, representing 6.53% of the paid-up equity capital. The overall Promoters & Promoter Group holding remains steady at 18.29%. This internal transfer does not change the promoter group's stake but consolidates ownership within the family, maintaining stability in the company's control.
