Chembond Material Technologies Limited — Updates, 13-05-2025: Scheme of Arrangement

Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited has announced a board meeting and resolved to allot 2.69 crore new equity shares (₹5 face value) to Chembond Chemicals Limited shareholders at a 1:2 ratio, following a complete reduction of Chembond Chemicals Limited’s 10,000 shares. After this allotment and capital reduction, Chembond Chemical Specialties will no longer be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chembond Chemicals.
