Timescan Logistics has announced a board meeting in which it accepted the resignation of Ms. Aakansha Kamley as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, with her serving until the end of the working day. Ms. Priya Nagori will take over immediately, bringing over three years of corporate secretarial experience and qualifications including an Associate membership with ICSI and a B.Com degree. This leadership change is expected to strengthen the company’s governance framework going forward.
