SPL Industries Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: Agreements

SPL Industries has announced a board meeting on 13 May 2025. The board approved acquiring property in Faridabad from promoter group entity Advitya Residency LLP for up to Rs 15 Cr in one or more tranches. Payment will be made via bank transfer or cheque, with up to a 2-year tenure. Promoter and MD Mukesh Kumar Aggarwal is a partner in Advitya Residency LLP. The deal is at arm’s length with no impact on management control, supporting future asset expansion.
