Everlon Financials has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025, along with the statement of assets, liabilities, cash flow, and auditors’ report. The company reported a loss before tax of ₹530.89 lakh for the quarter but a profit before tax of ₹418.86 lakh for the year. Profit after tax stood at ₹118.87 lakh for the year. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. R. Thakkar and Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. Sindhu Nair & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified audit opinion.
