The group posted revenue of Rs 5093.36 Cr and net profit of Rs 247.85 Cr, with EPS at Rs 2.88. Exceptional losses of Rs 151.58 Cr stemmed mainly from impairment and write-offs. Civil construction continues as the key revenue driver, despite losses from discontinued operations. The Board also appointed Mr. Rajnish Ved as Senior Management Personnel to bolster the insurance function with his 29 years of experience.
