Fedders Holding Limited has announced a board meeting on the completion of the first term of Mr. Rahul Chaudhary as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Chaudhary has resigned following the conclusion of his tenure and will cease to hold office after business hours on 12th May 2025. He will also step down from his roles as Chairperson and Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, as well as a Member of the Audit Committee. He confirmed no other material reasons for his resignation and is not seeking reappointment.
